Your Feedback

Get involved and help shape our future.
At Gender Plus and the Gender Plus Hormone Clinic, we value the voices of experts by experience. Your input helps shape and improve how our service operates—from day-to-day practice to research and audits.
We run separate involvement groups for:
Young people (ages 16–25)
Adults (26+)
Parents and carers
These online sessions take place approximately every six weeks on a Tuesday at 4:30 PM. They are informal, and you're welcome to join as and when you're able.
Why get involved?
Improving the service
Help us make Gender Plus more accessible and inclusive for future service users. Your feedback directly influences the support we offer to our marginalised community.
Hearing others’ experiences
Share your views and listen to others with similar experiences and identities. Many people find value in being heard, and in connecting with others who understand their journey.
Paid participation
We value your time and insight. All participants will receive a £15 voucher or bank transfer as a thank you for their contribution.
You can also develop transferable skills in areas of interest (e.g. media, research, psychology, communication), and you're welcome to include your involvement on your CV—regular attenders can also request a reference.
Who can join?
To take part, you must currently be involved with Gender Plus or the Hormone Clinic, at any stage of your journey. The group is a safe, fun, and respectful space, facilitated by Rosie.
Dr. Rosie Jones (she/her)

“I’ve loved taking part in Gender Plus’s over 25 “Get Involved” group. Trans people have precious little representation in society and are often an annoying afterthought for service providers & policy makers. The group has put me in front of organisations who care what my community thinks and who value my feedback. It gives me access that I wouldn’t otherwise have, and does so in an enjoyable, safe and convenient setting with like-minded people. I am so grateful to Gender Plus for giving me this great opportunity and look forward to the next session!”
