Based in London and operating from the Cadogan Clinic and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Dr Di Taranto is a full-time NHS plastic surgeon specialising in chest surgery and body contouring for trans men, trans women, and non-binary patients.

Dr Victoria Milson-Brown
Endocrinologist
Dr Milson-Brown is a substantive NHS consultant at Harrogate District Hospital and the endocrinology lead for the Leeds Regional Gender Identity Service.
She has over a decade of NHS experience as a general physician and a further five years in higher specialty training to qualify as a Consultant Endocrinologist. Dr Milson-Brown’s interest in gender medicine began early on in her registrar career. She is passionate about giving excellent patient care, blending expectations with safe medical practices.

Dr Peter Hammond
Endocrinologist
Dr Hammond has been the endocrinology lead for the Leeds Regional Gender Identity Service since 2007. He has considerable experience in balancing hormone treatment so that clients' expectations can be met as effectively and safely as possible.
Outside of his practice, Dr Hammond lectures widely on gender endocrinology at a local and national level. He is particularly keen to increase understanding of transgender hormone treatment amongst endocrinology trainees and GP colleagues so that there is a better nationwide support structure for transgender individuals.

Dr Edson Nogueira
Medical Supervisor
Dr Edson Nogueira is a consultant endocrinologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital with extensive international training from Brazil, USA, and UK. He earned his PhD with Distinction and completed post-doctoral research at the University of Birmingham.
Dr Nogueira specialises in gender-affirming hormone therapy and is well-recognised in this field. His endocrine expertise encompasses adrenal, thyroid, parathyroid, and pituitary disorders, alongside diabetes management and cardiovascular risk factors. He serves on multiple multidisciplinary teams across London and received the Role Model of the Year award in 2022 for his patient-centred care approach.
